A Trip Home (...with a surprise!)

Naomi and I flew home to IN in November to spend some time with grandparents. Grandma Judy came down to Grammy and Papa's house and we had quite a bit of fun! The first night we skyped in Daddy on the iPad and Grandpa Mark on the computer and had Naomi show everyone this book:

Everyone was quite excited to say the least!! :) It was pretty early on in the pregnancy so we told everyone they had to be hush, hush about it (which they were not so excited about...), but they agreed to be troopers, knowing that July 3rd was quite a ways away anyway ;-)

Later that night Naomi enjoyed showing everyone how excited she was to be a big sister and help take care of the baby by using my scarf as a pseudo-Moby wrap and carrying her baby around :)

Naomi was a little confused/unsure why Grandma Judy was at Grammy and Pop's house, but she thoroughly enjoyed Grandma feeding her eggs and toast when she was hungry!

 Magaw (Great-Grandma Berky) came over to visit a couple times and one of those times we got to snap this 4-generation picture that will always be a treasure!

The weather was beautiful while we were there, so we got to spend time outside enjoying true fall (not the SoCal kind that happens in January...)!!
